  Toronto -- Redman shut down the Rockpile last night. Toronto rapper Saukrates joined Redman on stage while DJ Dice gave the crowd a beat and then took it back , way back , back into time. He had the whole crowd jumping around. Redman told his fans that Toronto had to be one of his top two favourite cities on the tour. The crowd interaction was tremendous. Redman did a little stage diving and shouted out the fellas then gave the ladies something to scream about. He'd start off the crowd with lyrics like "I came to get in, I came to get in , now get out your seats and Jump around" the crowd responded with "jump up jump and get down". After the show, we managed to catch up to Redman and asked him a few questions. He commented on how Hip Hop has changed in terms of the Internet. Back in his days, you had to go to a live show to experience Hip Hop but today a simple click of a button and you can watch an entire show live through outlets such as Youtube. He also mentioned that rappers in his days had super hero names and took on those characteristics. If Hip hop was dead before "it was definitely here in Toronto tonight"said Redman.
